Island Time offers a bright and breezy Carribbean style decor that sets the mood for your island vacation. Our one bedroom, one bath Cedar Key rental condo sleeps five in one queen, a sleeper sofa, and an aerobed. Whether you're coming for a quick weekend escape or spending a month with us during snowbird season; you will find Island Time will be your home away from home.

From the bright cheerful colors throughout our home to the whimsical palm trees framing our view of the Gulf, you’ll be delighted with the atmosphere and the amenities in our Cedar Key vacation home.

Our master bedroom has a king bed, two night stands, a dresser, a closet, and an aerobed tucked away for extra guests. Full linens are provided. A TV with VCR is also available in the bedroom.

The kitchen is a culinary delight! The kitchen offers all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.) with all the extras, a spice rack with extra salt, pepper and garlic. We also supply coffee. We have a full set of pots and pans, a blender for those special beverages, utensils complete with knives, cheese grater, veg. peeler, steamer and wine bottle opener. Of course kitchen linens are provided too. A starter set of dish soap, dishwasher soap, and sponges are provided.

Besides the incredible view waiting for you out our French doors to the balcony, our living room is designed to be kick-back comfortable. Decorated in pleasing, tropical colors, you'll love relaxing on our new sleeper sofa (sleeps two!). We also have a stereo system, TV/DVD/VCR player, a small library of videos, books, and current outdoor magazines to help you slow down and relax.

Our private balcony features a bar height café table, two swivel chairs, and a locally-crafted cypress swing for watching the boats and birds go by.

Pack lightly - we have a washer and dryer available for guest use! Although housekeeping services are provided after checkout, we have the basic cleaning tools - including a broom, mop, and vacuum.

Island Time has an updated guest book featuring area restaurants and local activities. Daytrip attractions are also documented for the surrounding area.
